It barely worked (outside of wifi) after a shutdown when I returned. In addition to random &#8216;brain freezes&#8217;, the phone was frequently warm to the touch while trying to connect.<\/p>\n<p>A first visit to the AT&amp;T store, followed by an appointment with an Apple Genius, didn&#8217;t do much to fix the issue, even after the recommended full restore.<\/p>\n<p>Six months later, it was time for another visit to the AT&amp;T store&#8230; and surprise, the suggestion this time was to try a new SIM card. The exchange of cards was quick and painless and guess what? It seems to be working so far.
