Au revoir RDV3D

Rendez-vous 3D, a french sister site to Renderosity is no more. The site closed soon after an announcement that sales of 3D items were no longer sufficient to make the site profitable.

It is always sad to see a site fold., especially one with a distinct identity and welcoming folks running it.

Hopefully, this will not be the last attempt at making a gathering place for french speaking enthousiasts about 3D graphics.

Other sites have opened their doors to RDV3D expatriates. If you want to continue the journey, check out SubPoserForum ( http://arsenic.forum-gratuit.com/index.php ) and FrenchPoser ( http://www.frenchposer.com/phpBB2/ ).

Hello, Just want to give an updated point of view. RDV3D is on-line again since 2004 March the first. We encoutered many problems with our provider. Seems that Bondware was unable to deliver the appropriate service, such as seamless Euro payment method, as requested and efficient technical support. RDV3D is now completly free from Bondware/Renderosity and grow an independant French Speaking 3D community. Thank you.
